I believe that strength is the foundation for improvement in all aspects of fitness: mobility issues, weight loss, defined physique, speed, agility, confidence and an improved quality of life.

 

My motivation stems from a deep-rooted personal passion and concern for people’s health and well-being in an increasingly inactive society. I am not one of those drill sergeant trainers, cracking the whip and barking orders. You will always find yourself in a safe, positive and  encouraging environment. I want to enjoy training you as much as you will enjoy being trained. I will always listen, and I will always put your needs first. I will work with you to design an individualized program.

 

First, I will help you set your goals. Then I promise that we will surpass them through practice, form and ritual.

Needless to say, wellness and fitness go beyond the gym walls. So with a comprehensive approach, I will also strive to help you improve your overall health through proper eating habits, supplementation and lifestyle advice.
